Terms and Conditions


At the request of the traveler, the implementation of the agreement will immediately be started and the necessary reservations and confirmations will be made immediately. When applying Article VI.53, 12° of the Code of Economic Law and its implementing decrees, the following applies: the consumer does NOT have the right to cancel the purchase.


I. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General

The order form/travel confirmation/invoice will in all cases be deemed to be the written confirmation of the booked trip. The agreement will only be concluded after this written confirmation and subject to changes with regard to rates, departure and arrival times, etc.

Getflights BV is not responsible for the necessary proof of identity such as a travel pass, visa, etc., which must be requested by the traveler. Also, Getflights BV is not responsible for the necessary vaccinations and the like.

Any costs that may arise as a result of incorrect information on the invoice signed by the customer or the order form completed via the website are solely at the expense of the customer.

2. Payment

In case of non-payment of the balance, Getflights BV reserves the right not to deliver the travel documents. The non-payment of the balance will indeed be regarded as a termination of the contract by the traveler in accordance with the Law of 21 November 2017 on the sale of package holidays, linked travel arrangements and travel services. The advance remains acquired for Getflights BV and in the event of cancellation by the traveler, the expenses must be paid in full by the traveler.

In the event of non-payment on the due date, the price will be increased by a compensation of 10% with a minimum of 62 euros and this by operation of law without any notice of default being required. In addition, and also without any notice of default being required, an interest of 1% per month will be due. Each started month will be regarded as a full month.

3. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree and acknowledge that the place of performance of the agreement is the registered office of the seller. They declare and acknowledge that all disputes relating to this order form/travel confirmation/invoice are subject to Belgian law and pursuant to art. 624, 2° Ger Wb.

In the event that you as a consumer cannot reach an agreement via one of our communication channels (contact form, email address, telephone, ...) about a dispute with us, you have the option of using the ODR platform offered by the European Union. use, which you can find here. Disputes must be submitted to the Courts of Bruges.

4. Guarantee Fund

Getflights BV is affiliated with MS Amlin. The customer can appeal to this in the event of financial insolvency.

5. Personal data

In accordance with the provisions of European privacy legislation (GDPR) for the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data:

Personal identification data is processed by Getflights BV for the purpose of providing the services for which the customer has registered with Getflights BV. In addition, Getflights BV will also use this data to offer the customer information about other products and services of Getflights BV that may be of interest to the customer.

Getflights BV will only use the customer's personal data for the above purposes. Getflights BV will not disclose, sell, rent or exchange personal data with other organizations or agencies, except to companies that act as data processors and act on behalf of and under the control of Getflights BV. It is also possible if you have been notified in advance and expressly agree to this, or if otherwise required by law.

The customer has the right to consult, limit and, if necessary, ask for incorrect data to be corrected. In addition, the customer may object to the future processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes. 6. Special Sales Conditions

The special sales conditions below take precedence over the general sales conditions.


II. Special sales conditions Getflights BV as a tour operator

For the general travel conditions, we refer to the other appendices.

1. Price

The agreed price is fixed, all taxes are included with the exception of airport taxes to be paid locally, subject to an increase in exchange rates, rates and/or taxes of the carriers. The exchange rates and rates are those stated in the travel brochures (see art. 6 of the General Travel Conditions).

If the increase in the agreed price exceeds 8%, the traveler may dissolve the contract within eight days following notification to him.

In this case, the traveler is only entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. This refund will be made within one month.

If before the start of the trip VAT and/or other taxes imposed by the government, the global price will be adjusted to the same extent.

2. Payment


When registering a trip, an advance of at least 30% must be paid immediately with a minimum of 150 euros per person, unless otherwise agreed on the order form/travel confirmation/invoice. When registering within the month before departure, the full travel sum must be paid immediately.


Unless otherwise agreed on the order form/travel confirmation/invoice, the traveler must pay the balance no later than 6 weeks before departure, after which the travel documents will be delivered to him no later than 1 week before departure.


III Special sales conditions Getflights BV as a reseller

1. Price

The prices quoted are fixed by the transport companies or the tour operators and remain valid while stocks of the product in question last. Quotations and prices communicated verbally by Getflights BV are always subject to change. For flights, the price is only final when the plane ticket is issued. Issuance is only possible after full payment.

2. Timetables

The stated timetables can always change, both before and during the trip. Consequently, connecting flights cannot be guaranteed by Getflights BV.

3. Cancellation and change by transport company or tour operator

If, for one reason or another, one or more transport companies or tour operators decide to cancel or change all or part of the flights or the trip, Getflights BV will only be obliged to fully or partially refund the plane ticket or the trip if it has refunded itself. obtained from the transport companies or tour operators. Under no circumstances will Getflights BV be obliged to pay any compensation.

4. Cancellation and change by the traveler

In the event of cancellation, the contractually agreed compensation must in any case be paid by the traveler, even if the cancellation is due to coincidence or force majeure
