The advantages of group booking are numerous. Whereas when booking passengers individually you can get price fluctuations between booking passengers, in a group booking everyone pays the same price. So it is ideal to offer in a package at a fixed price.

As a tour operator, you also enjoy flexible payment and cancellation terms. You only pay an advance when signing the contract, which is positive for your company's cash flow. If you have less demand than expected or do not yet know exactly how many passengers you have to transport, you can often cancel the group booking - for a fee or not - partially or completely.
